About Local Rhoots
Local Rhoots is a Hood River local based meal prep and catering company that specializes in healthy professionally preped meals delivered in sustainable packaging for the area here in Hood River. After quickly scrolling through my Instagram feed for the day I was impressed with some of the pictures of Local Rhoots about their upcoming offering of chicken tikka masala. As I have written in a previous posts, I am a big fan of chicken tikka masala here in Hood River Riverside Grill does offer Indian night on Thursdays here in Hood River, but as I am a big fan of this spicy and exotic dish with excellent spices I was happy to see another option for a professionally prepped version that you can eat and cook at home after it has been prepared for you by Local Rhoots.
What is Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala is a dish traditionally from India which usually includes spices and a curry but usually served with basmati rice, I believe, and served hot. I love this dish and would love to have another option here in Hood River to try this dish and was quite happy when I read from their Instagram post that they will be offering this as an option here locally.
