Happy earth day everyone! ?
I miss traveling a lot (just like everyone else I’m sure) and I especially miss this place and what it means to me. My family has been camping at Lake Powell every summer since it opened. In fact, my first camping trip was on a sandy Lake Powell beach at 6 weeks old! Dana and I haven’t been able to go the past few years because of work and babies and life… Today I reflect on how important it is to take the time to take a break and be with loved ones in nature. I am so lucky to have my fondest memories camping here with family and I won’t take that for granted!
Take a minute to appreciate the earth today, I know everyone’s got a little extra time to give right now.

Well folks, I’ve officially run out of shows to watch on Netflix. Give me some recommendations before I start watching @nbcparksandrec for the millionth time.
